You found me!

Now, that’s a feat worth featuring. You see, I spend most of my days out on Wild Side, weighing the sunrise. It’s not that I’m hard to find; you’ve just got to know where to look.

So … you found me. Well done.

‘Course, it’s possible you just happened to stumble across my back trail, and now you’re wondering exactly what manner of beast you’ve got sighted.

On that score, you can put your mind at ease: I’m a storyteller. Mostly harmless. I specialize in humorous yarns and the occasional rhyming recitation. I’ve also been known to wander hitherin yawn, as you can plainly see from my blog.

Howdy. I’m Abner. Pleased to make your acquaintance.

  • Day 4: Townsend, MA to Fitzwilliam, NH

Today was an awesome day, despite (or because of) the rain. It started when I woke up at first light and found out it hadn’t started raining yet. That was good news: it meant I could walk all day in a misty, drizzling fog, but at least my sleeping bag would stay dry. I packed…
