Rain last night. Rain tonight. And in between?
Well, the weather forecast said rain, and as we all know, the weather forecast around these parts is never wrong. So what does a blue sky with a few puffy white clouds mean?
I can only think of one reasonable explanation. And after watching this video, I’m sure you’ll agree my conclusion is entirely logical.
